5 simple and easy mocktail recipes to make at home

What better way to enjoy a summer's day than with a mocktail? Ditch gin and vodka and try these fruity alternatives! Drinks don't have to feature alcohol to be delicious - add fruit syrups instead, even better if organic, to make a tasty mocktail. Trust us, you won’t even miss alcohol! 

Here are our 5 favourite mocktail recipes and the ingredients you'll need to prepare delicious, alcohol-free cocktails.

Non-alcoholic Raspberry Mojito

The most iconic Cuban drink with a tasty twist. Sweet and fresh with lots of raspberries and a fresh minty flavour. Sugary, delicious, and very easy to mix, it's hard to resist.

In a mojito glass, add 4 lime wedges, 5 fresh raspberries and 2 cl Morand pure raspberry syrup. Mash some mint leaves and crushed ice and fill ¾ of the glass with the mixture. Complete with Opaline raspberry and lemongrass lemonade and decorate with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.

Virgin Piña Colada

Enjoy a refreshing, tropical treat this summer with a creamy, fresh, non-alcoholic Virgin Piña Colada! A sip of paradise in every glass, transporting you directly to the shade of a leafy palm tree on a warm beach.

In a blender, add 10 ice cubes, 1 skinless slice of pineapple, 2 cl  Morand Piña Colada syrup and 12 cl of pineapple juice. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Mix and pour into a mojito glass. Garnish with pineapple wedges.

Red Chocolate

There are times when you just need chocolate to make everything better. Red Chocolate is the best mocktail for times like those!

Mash 3 raspberries and half a glass of crushed ice cubes together in a large glass. Fill with 2 cl Morand blackcurrant syrup, add 1cl of Morand chocolate syrup and top with tonic. Garnish with raspberry and chocolate squares. 

Granita Gourmet

Missing the sun, sea and sand of Sicily? If the answer is yes, Granita Gourmet is definitely the Mocktail for you.

In a blender, add a scoop of milk ice cream, 1 peeled peach, 2 cl of Morand peach syrup and 2 grains of pepper. Add a scoop of crushed ice and mix. Pour into a martini glass and rim with cracked pepper. 

Atomic Freeze

Looking for a refreshing cocktail? Atomic Freeze is what you need!

In a blender, add 10 ice cubes, 20cl pineapple juice, 10cl apple juice, 1cl Morand almond syrup, and 5 strawberries. Mix everything together and pour into a large wine glass. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
