Distillerie Morand - World class spirits and syrups from Martigny
We are Distillerie Morand, a four-generation family run business which has been around since 1889 in Martigny. We are renowned for our excellent spirits and syrups, including our eau-de-vie and liquor.
Our mission is to maintain a consistently high quality in our products, which have been around for over a century, as well as contributing to the preservation of the natural environment of the beautiful Valais.
Our exceptional quality comes from our Williamine pears and Luizet apricots grown in Valais, in the heart of the alps.
All of our Williamine pears are handpicked and then sorted by hand, as we only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our products. We like to pack a flavour punch - one bottle of Williamine requires 12kg of Williamine pears!
In fact, all of our fruit if freshly picked and sorted by hand. We like to ensure that only the best quality ingredients get added to our spirits and syrups. Once picked and sorted, the fruit is fermented for 10 to 30 days, in order to maximise its flavour.
